Treasure Data will verify that the information you submit matches our records before we fulfill the request. Treasure Data does not discriminate against you for exercising your rights or offer you financial incentives related to the use of your personal data.
  1. CROSS-BORDER DATA TRANSFERS
We may process, store, and transfer the personal data we collect, in and to a country outside your own, with different privacy laws that may or may not be as comprehensive as your own. We will protect your personal data when it is transferred outside of these jurisdictions by processing it in a territory that provides an adequate level of protection for personal data, or otherwise implementing appropriate safeguards to protect your personal data.
