AI Bootcamps

There are two AI bootcamps at CDP World – one for leaders and one for those who would build/use agents in their everyday work.

The leader session is titled CXO Bootcamp: Agentic AI Strategy & Roadmap for ROI. It enables you to create a strategy and roadmap to achieve ROI through agentic AI. In 60 minutes, we’ll align your CDP data, identity, and consent posture to 3–5 revenue-ready AI use cases; define success metrics that finance will trust; and map a 90-day plan across people, process, and partners. You’ll leave with a board-level narrative, a clear “stop/scale/start” list, and a funding model that ties AI activation to measurable lift, cost savings, and risk reduction.

The practitioner session, titled Hands-On AI Bootcamp + Hackathon: Build Your Own Agent, enables you to build, test, and ship a customer AI agent. You can just roll up your sleeves and turn customer data into working AI. In this lab-style bootcamp, you will prepare events and identities, frame a high-impact use case, and build an agent that activates through your CDP. We’ll cover prompt and policy design, guardrails, and live measurement so you can deploy with confidence.  You’ll leave with a functional prototype and a plan to grow your agent ecosystem. You’ll also team up with peers for a creative brainstorming session to shape concepts for an AI mini-hackathon—then pitch your idea for a chance to win a grand prize.
